Spatineo is looking for a Sales Manager for its European sales office in Berlin. The goal of this recruitment is to serve the European customers better and to create new customer relationships in DACH region and Europe and thus boost Spatineo’s international growth.

Sales Manager (inside sales)
compassJoin a fast growing software start-up company as the first full-time employee for our European sales office in Berlin. The HQ is in Helsinki and the company currently employs 6 people. The CEO is partially stationed in Berlin. Your responsibility is to acquire new customers in DACH region and Europe in general with our quality assurance SaaS-solutions for spatial web services.   • Contacting new potential customers (via telephone)
  • Handling inbound contact and turning them into sales prospects
  • Presenting the solution via internet/videoconference
  • Setting-up trials and supporting the potential customers throughout the sales process
  • Closing deals
  • Participating in marketing to create new leads
  • Attending relevant geospatial conference in Europe
  • Reporting on your sales activities and ongoing sales process using our CRM system

Qualifications for the position:

  • Goal-oriented and result-driven team player who’s driven by a chance to constantly learn more, to develop own skills, to serve the customers and to win new deals
  • Completed business/IT studies at least on a B.Sc. level. Studies and/or know-how in the field of land surveying or spatial web technologies is an advantage
  • Good verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Native German and fluent English
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not necessarily required. Basic know-how of solution selling is required
